Hi, I’m Christine!

Inside The Mindful Leader Program, I help leaders develop a personal leadership style and build executive presence with a combination of 1:1 executive coaching, meditation and mindfulness training, and peer-to-peer networking & support. 

Eight years ago, I was invited to a group meditation course. I was skeptical at first that a course about slowing down could actually improve my wellbeing and job performance, but the course turned out to be life changing. It also opened my eyes to how we can leverage mindfulness to enhance our professional lives.

I spent a lot of time emulating the leadership styles of those in my environment, because I felt I had to in order to fit in. Truth be told, my career really started to flourish when I gained the tools and the confidence to lead in my own authentic style with support from a compassionate community and coach.

Many of us are attuned to mindfulness and are aware of the impact meditation can have - but often aren’t in a consistent practice or truly tapping into the benefits of mindfulness at work.

In today’s professional setting, people are dealing with a lot. I see clients, especially those who are caregivers at home, simply stretched too thin.

People don’t feel like they have time for mindfulness, yet now is the time in our careers when mindfulness has more to offer us than ever.

 

So, who am I to teach you about mindfulness & leadership?

I’ve helped a 20-person company to become a 270 person company and sell for a quarter billion dollars. 

I’ve held leadership and executive positions at various start-ups, taking a lead in their growth through not just marketing but helping define mindful cultures within them.

I’m a certified meditation teacher, and a business and leadership coach who’s helped hundreds of individuals bring more mindfulness and authenticity to their leadership and careers.I’ve attended multiple meditation and coaching workshops over the last few years. 

I’ve come home to my authentic self - but only after experiencing some challenges at work that directed me inward to learn more about myself and why unwelcome behaviors kept showing up. And I was the girl in the business program with the minor in faith, peace, and justice studies. So yes, I’m savvy and spiritual.

I’ve started 3 companies of my own, and enjoy spending time doing things that generate excitement in me & my family’s lives - including renovating and renting coastal homes.

In all of these personal & professional ventures, I’ve learned to do more than simply strategize and execute - I have learned to trust myself and my inner alignment, and this has generated more success than I ever could have imagined. I’ve learned belief and trust in myself > My MBA

And I would never be able to achieve what I have professionally if not for my commitment to my own mindfulness practice.

How does it work?

Over the course of 3 months we’ll meet weekly over Zoom calls and you’ll have access to me and your peers on Slack.
