Christine’s Official Bio
Christine Fiske is a mindful leadership coach to startup leaders and entrepreneurs. Her VIP methodology starts with Vision Casting and includes Inner Alignment and taking Purposeful Action. Prior to launching her coaching business, she ran her marketing consultancy working with startups and VC firms, and served as a startup executive at several Boston-based startups.
Christine co-led a 20-person company to become a 270 person company… and then later galvanized it to sell for a quarter billion dollars. She was an exec for a ‘unicorn’ startup and helped set the foundations for its IPO in 2021.
Christine has started 3 companies of her own, and invests in and renovates houses in her spare time.
Her 15+ years of leadership experience working in successful VC-backed startups has given her unique insights into what it means to be part of a successful startup (and scale-up) team.
Christine is a certified meditation teacher and a business and leadership coach who’s helped hundreds of individuals bring more mindfulness and authenticity to their leadership and careers.
She has coached leaders across organizations like Toast, Facebook, VMWare, Johnson & Johnson, and more to create a unique framework that helps leaders gain clarity and stand out while feeling powerful & centered in their ability to serve in high-expectation, fast-paced environments.
