Hi, I’m Christine!
I’ve co-led a 20-person company to become a 270 person company… and then later galvanized it to sell for a quarter billion dollars.
I once was an exec for a ‘unicorn’ startup and helped set the foundations for it’s IPO in 2021.
I’ve started 3 companies of my own, and invest in and renovate houses in my spare time.
And I’ll be honest… I’ve also wondered, “Am I really meant to be here?” and, “I’m a whole person, do I really want my entire life to be wrapped around my career?” and most importantly, “How do I get from where I am to where I really want to be?”
My 15+ years of leadership experience working in successful VC-backed startups - including my own - has given me unique insights into what it means to be part of a successful startup (and scale-up) team.

Follow-up strategic guidance
3 - 45 minute strategic monthly follow-up calls
Designed to help you stay on track, ask questions, and get additional guidance. These calls ensure that you not only walk away with a plan in hand, but stick to it and course-correct where needed.
If we broke down everything you’ll get in the Executive Planning VIP Day, the value is nearly $6,000.
However, if you book your Executive Planning VIP Day before November 31st, packages start at just $3,000!
FAQs
My whole team needs this! Do you work with more than one person at a time?
In short, yes! If it’s you and your business partner, or you and 1-2 other people, the format will stay largely the same. If your entire C-suite or executive team is interested, then we can hold a team offsite (or onsite, or virtual) day, or each person can sign up for their own VIP day. Fill out an application to get on my calendar and we can discuss what is best for your team!
Do I have to take copious notes throughout the session?
The quick answer is No, I take notes either on large white sticky paper or a Google Sheet FOR you. You get to keep it all at the end of the day. Your only job is to show up ready to think big and trust the process, and to relax and feel like the real VIP that you are!
Is this a personal or business expense?
Most people and companies view this as a business expense. Executive coaching is a great way to invest in people at and on their way to the top - folks who don’t always have direct access to management or leadership with experience in their roles.
That said, if you’d like this to be completely separate from your company and focus exclusively on your career progression, I welcome you to invest in yourself and consider this a personal expense! For me, it’s been the best investment I’ve ever made in my businesses!
I’m not an executive, is this still for me?
Yes, the ELEVATED Executive Planning VIP Day is for leaders and rising leaders of startups, scaleups, and single-person ventures. Most people who participate in ELEVATED Executive Planning VIP Days are director level or higher.
The goal is for you to get the direction you need to reach the next layer of your professional goals, regardless of your current title.
Can I gift this to a friend or employee?
Yes! Let’s not make it a huge surprise, though. They should be involved in scheduling and have plenty of time to fill out their questionnaire.
Where are the Executive Planning sessions held?
If you’re local or want to travel to me, I enjoy spending the day live with clients and invite you to join me in person. And if you prefer to meet remotely for whatever reason, I also hold VIP days remotely. We take a break from the agenda for lunch (on us, whether you’re remote or in person!), and did I also mention every client receives a special gift to celebrate the magic of YOU!
My Q4 calendar is fully booked, but I’d still like to get help planning for 2022. Can we still work together?
Yes. This pricing is only available for people who book their initial consultation before the end of December. However, if you’d like to book your ELEVATED Executive Planning VIP Day for January, we will honor the 2021 pricing!
What if I want or think I’ll need ongoing accountability?
It’s built-in! Coaching isn’t a magic wand - we don’t get to sit together for a day and then poof! you’re on the fast track toward your goals. Instead, this program is structured so that we have 3 monthly check-ins in Q1 so that you can ask questions, course-correct, and get additional support.
If you want accountability in addition to the ELEVATED Executive Planning Day, I have options for ongoing coaching and consulting support as well.
